Want to challenge the age criteria for taking admissions in school
08-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hello sir/mam,I want to admit my son in convent school in Karnal Haryana.but minimum age criteria for Class LKG is 3 years and 3months.but my son is 29 days underage. As this criteria is fixed by the school. Can we challenge this in court. Please provide advice for this . Thank you
The whole life of a man is full of stress. Just let him relax. Let him enjoy the beauty of his life for 365 days extra. Otherwise you will spend money on account of lawyers fee and will get nothing. The age is fixed by the education ministry, by suing only the school you will get nothing.
If there is any law which fixes the age for students for admission in school, then we can move to court. But if there is no such guideline and private school has its own rules, there is nothing we can do for it. otherwise also, till the time suit will be filed,a long time will pass and situation will be entirely different. so it will be a wastage of time and money.
No.You can not change the criteria of admission age of the child. You can either wait or you can reserve your admission for the next session. There must be no hurry in admission of an infant child. For further query please contact.
