Want the details of final order of case filed in NCDRC.
20-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have filed a case in 2016 in ncdrc Delhi but from last six months its showing case status pending. when can I expect the next date of hearing? the last order states that the case will be fixed for final hearing as per its turn. So till now no date has been notified can i get the contact details of registrar of ncdrc for case status?
Hi, in the present circumstances it is suggested that you file an application for early hearing/fixing a date for hearing citing your concerns/urgency etc. and then the main case be brought to normal hearing dates.

You need to get the Next Date of hearing by Visiting NCDRC or you can ask your lawyer to do it for you. You Need to mention you case number to get your next date of hearing for final arguments. if the date is not mentioned in the Cause List you need to visit the NCDRC physically.
