Voucher code not redeemed but seller says that its already redeemed

Dear sir I have purchased code of 349 rupees of dominos pizza from nearbuy on 11june 2016 , I have tried to redeem it and got a error message that code is invalid , I wrote a mail to nearbuy regarding the same. I got a reply that code was already used by AFSHA KUMARI ON 26-02-16 which is before y purchase date of coupon ie 11 june 2016.I wrote a mail to nearbuy explaining the same but no reply. Please do let me know what action should I take in such a case. Thank you
You may send a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company, you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
