That the receipts available with you is one of the evidence that shows that you have got the service from OLx but it requires how much you have paid to OLx and dealer for this service , it requires for filing cases against those person.

You have option to file a criminal complaint for criminal breach of trust and cheating, but only when you have sufficient proof to establish the contention of the dealer in reference to the distance covered by the car and the condition of the car and other promises. You may also file a consumer complaint if the said dealer is a registered one. Moreover I will suggest you to please contact a lawyer with all the documents you have so that he will scrutinize and give you appropriate advice as in such cases documents are very necessary.
