I bought a used car from a dealer two months back. Still he has not handed over the documents (Rc transferred to my name). I'm calling him from past 10 days and he says he'll give it by end of the day. What legal action can I take against him?
Do you have sale receipt And other relevant document pertaining to the transaction . If you have transacted at the amount of the car through online transaction or through bank then do issue legal notice For the same so that you can file a case against the dealer
