Unsatisfactory service by matrimonial service and needs refund

Hi, I am a Hindu and need to file a consumer case against a matrimonial website who in the name of service are providing any random service and inspite of them asking for refund for money they are not refunding and has told they will not refund money in the name of terms and conditions where there is no such terms and condition. They are kind of frauds who are cheating consumers. I have already filed an online consumer complaint in national consumer helpline where they have responded to notice saying that it is not mentioned in terms and conditions to refund money and can go to consumer court for such case. I need refund of my money as I have not taken any service and asked them to stop it but instead they just keep on sending any random profile to show just that they are providing service. How can I initiate consumer court complain in this case and also what would happen if I lose the case ?
