i paid online to foodpanda and paytm .they sometime process the transaction but when they dont my money is deducted from my bank account n sometime may not return. i email them n is a hectic process. is there any legal aspect in this matter
We suggest that you write a letter to pay tm to refund your money, if they fail to do so, send a legal notice through a lawyer.
Despite legal notice if they fail to pay the money, you can file a consumer complaint before a consumer forum.
