University not giving fee refund, how to ask for refund legally

I paid for admission program in “ims “where they gave me false promise and I suspected of them and stop the service and went and met them regarding the cancellation of the program and refunding they told Me to sent to email that used contacted as this is branch of their office and they now they are saying they can’t refund it now ! I keep Sending emails to them how can intake legal action

Its a clear case of service deficiency by virtue of Consumer Protection Act. Also please note that still there is an ambiguity on the subject whether ''education'' comes within the purview of Consumer Law. However, your instant case , no doubt, attracts the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Hence, initiate Legal proceedings against the institute & University (under which that institute is established) immediately. If you wish,I am ready to provide my Service thereof....reasonably.

To answer the question promptly more details are required like what was the program, what assurance they made, how long you attended the classes, reason for discontinuing the course etc.....fees can be recovered back if and only if there is a change in program other than what is specified.

Sent a legal notice and see whether they are responding to it or not and even then also your fee is not being refunded then move legally in the court of law and there are different procedure that can be followed to recover..try to recover from them without involving in any legal proceedings.
