I first filed complaint in District Consumer Mysore.
I appealed in State consumer Bangalore .
Now I have filed execution application in District Consumer ..
Can I file Contempt of court in State consumer forum against the Jdr?

As you told you had filed the execution petition. so proceed in that only. Once it was pending, you cant got for contempt of the court. the details for the proceeding of the contempt only is possible when you mention the facts in detail.
Contempt cannot be done. Only if it possible, is some person do or not to do certain act in accordance with law as per the specific order.
