Tv panel problem seller not responding what to do

 I purchased TV from online company on 18-01-2017 worth 57790 with 2 years warranty by a seller XXTechRetail. TV panel was damaged in the month of may, so i raised a complaint on 27-05-2017, but still now they did not give any reply. please advice me how to raise a complaint in consumer court?

Hello,

Send a notice to the seller preferably through a lawyer and seek either replacement, repair or refund of the amount paid towards the TV. If the seller addresses your concerns and settles the issues good, else, approach the district consumer forum under whose jurisdiction the seller has registered office or branch office OR the cause of action to file the complaint has arisen and file a complaint against the seller and proceed further. Response

First give notice to the company. If there is no response, then file case in District Consumer Forum claiming replacement of the TV along with legal expenses, damages etc.
