The phone got dead many time since I purchased what action can I take

Dear Team, As a Smart phone consumer. If the purchased phone is under warranty and become dead and defective every month. The service centre ready to repair the phone but this is unfair to goto service centre to repair the phone every time. I ask for replace the phone with new equivalent model. But they refused to take any action to replace the phone. I understood this is unfair and defective phone to be replaced. Can I take any legal advice. Regards, Gaurav Deshpande

Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer to the company and have to ask for replacement of phone with compensation for mental harassment. If company will not act per notice then file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me
