Society disobeying the orders of consumer commission What can I do

aircraft employees co-operative society is not obeying the order passed from before the karnataka state consumer disputes redressal commission, bangalore, as commission as order passed to allot a site but the society is obeying. what step we have to take please advise me sir.

Dear Querist,
If they dont obey the order you have to file a Execution case against the society. In the execution stage a court notice is served on him, he should therafter comply the order, unless society prefers an appeal and get a stay of the lower court order, if no appeal is preferred he must comply the order, else you can file a petition under Section 200 of CRPC and get authorized officer of the society imprisoned.

If you have got an order and respondent is not obeying the order then you will have to file an execution petition in the same consumer forum, in which the order is passed. In the execution petition you can seek for arrest warrant for not obeying the commission order.
