Snapdeal took money from account but did not take order

I tried to place an order with snapdeal they debited money from my account and did not placed my order no confirmation what should I do to get my money back?

Blessed myself!
I would like to inform you that first you should collect the bank statement and make inquiry properly regarding transaction of money which would be been done by the Snapdeal or not. If the transaction has been done by the Snapdeal account then send the legal notice regarding transfer of money. You can also file a case before Consumer Court for deficiency of services.

Snapdeal is having toll free number call in that number and tell them about your grivences giving details about your order and your complains there after i think your problem would be redressed even then your problem is not solved then serve them a pleaders notice depending upon amount deducted.
