Snapdeal not giving a return request what action to take against them

've ordered teakwood leather jacket frm snapdeal on 15sep nd I've returned it on 16th because of size issues....d I clearly mentioned return requset for size issues....d da courier guy picks up wrong product instead of original product....within 30 mins I've called him nd he didn't pickup da call as I want to say dat he took wrong product....d I even contacted couriers service manager but he alsodidn't pick up da call....d dey sent my product to ware house for quality ....obviously it has declined because the original product is still vid me...even I calld snapdeal costumer service dat courier guy took wrong product before my return requset got declined nly....on 4th Oct dey sent my wrong product to me....w I calld customer service nd asked abt provide me another return requset bt dey r not providing me another return requset. What to do?
First of all, it's the fault of the Snapdeal to take a wrong product from you back to their facility and thereafter, sending you back the same incorrect product without entertaining your calls and now declining to provide you with another product return request. As their customer service people failed to assist you in a proper way when you contacted them, send an email immediately to the concerned manager of the customer service department explaining properly what happened and express your unhappiness and anguish over the kind of customer service they are providing and ask them to allow you to return the leather jacket and demand them to resend a correct sized one if you wish to or ask them for a refund. If they assist you with your request, fine else you have to send a legal notice to them and thereafter, if the issue doesn't settle, you need to approach consumer forum and file a complaint against them
