Should i file complaint in consumer court against conductor
04-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
CTU Bus was going from Chandigarh to Delhi and I had to go till Karnal, half the way between Chandigarh to Delhi. But bus conductor did not allowed me to enter the bus by saying that they are taking only Delhi bound passengers. I filed a RTI to provide me copy of such order based on which bus conductor carry only Delhi bound passengers, but in reply department has replied there is no such order been issued. What can I do now? Can I go to consumer court? Kindly guide. Thanking You,
Yes you can file a consumer complaint and with that you can also write on C.M. Window about the incident. They are giving very quick actions now a days. Though in consumer forum you will get a less amount but still something is better.

dear first of all you did not make clear that you bought ticket or not if no then you can not go consumer court as you are not a consumer as you did not bought ticket, you can approach public utility court for bus conductor bad conduct and also file a complaint before General manager of CTU
