Shopping fraud, no delivery of the product, what to do


27-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I applied in a company to buy 1 swiping machine for and paid rs 3000 on last monday and the representative promised me that i will get the machine till thruday.but still i didnt got the machine.when i call them they always say that i will get machine 2morrow,but 2morrow never came.npow they are dont answering my phone.please help

File a direct complaint in consumer forum....ask for your money and the harassment u suffered because of it....also before doing that swnd them a legal notice about asking your money ....find a good lawyer and draft a conplaint....

Sir you can file a consumer complaint against that company by yourself . You need not to hire an advocate for filling an consumer complaint. Just by going to your consumer court as per your territorial jurisdiction you can file it.

if you have some written document according to which your delivery date has gone than only you should come to the consumer forum otherwise first start communication with the concerned company through email than come to the consumer court
