Shopclues is harassing me, what can I do?

I have ordered a product BACCA BUCCI LOAFERS SHOE on 11/9/15. Got product delivery on 19th September I called to customer care to return product. She said we will not take back or refund your money. Then contacted many times then I have sent mail to them then they said we have take return product request wait for 2 days after 2 days I called to customer care they said there is no service area then again I mailed then they harassed me. Shopclues got expense in call, (product still i have not packed ) . They are not ready to pay my expenses. What to do?

After going through the terms and conditions of the purchase carefully, issue a legal notice through your advocate calling upon them to refund the amount or else you will be constrained to approach the jurisdictional consumer court.

Hi sir/madam, if you are not satisfied about the product as well as their services, you have to issued a legal notice to the said company and to claim your compensation for deficiency of service and compensation for mental agony, if they failed to do so, thereafter you have to file the petition u/s 12 of the consumer protect act, 1986 before the jurisdictional district consumer forum.
