Shop selling product above MRP can I sue the shopkeeper

30-Apr-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

I am currently staying in Pune. Near to my flat one restaurant is there. They are charging extra money for cool drinks. For example 30 Rs cool drink is selling for Rs.45. They are charging 50% of the MRP extra. Is it possible for a shop to charge the product more than its MRP???

Dear client it is crime to sell products on high rate other than mentioned on mrp. U have to first send legal notice through lawyer and can ask him compensation for mental harassment. If he will not act as per notice then u can file case in consumer court against. Him. For any legal help call me
