Service station employees are not fixing my vehicle

i bought gixxer bike last year. from the second free service, my bike engine getting leakage.. every time am taking into the service centre. they seal it using some glue.. after two days. it is starting leak again.. yesterday am taking my vechile to they.. service personnels laughing at me.. i felt very bad. even i not yet finished my bike due..please assist me..

Is it any warranty period for bike engine. If any warranty period is there. You can approach the service center to replace bike engine. or otherwise if it is manufacturing defect. You can first give legal notice to concern company regarding that bike engine getting leakage and mentioning that it is manufacturing defect and hence ask them to replace with new one. If they don't do then you can file consumer court and you will get remedy.
