Service not received even after payment

Booked a hotel through oyo and did the payment booking was confirmed. After arriving at hotel denied checkin due to unavailability of room. This happened 3 times same night. Paid two times. Had to stay all night in road with family. Even one booking showing as checked in but they are accepting i did not stayed. They are ready to give refund which I dont want. Kindly guide It was a huge harrasment. This is not the first time I am suffering this.
