Service being delayed for nearly a month

I purchased a Led tv through Flipkart with 3 year complete protection from Jeeves consumer services.the tv is still under the complete protection. And it got a panel complaint causing it to not show any video but only audio. So I called the Jeeves service and talked about the issue one staff came for technical visit and said it will be fixed in one week. But they didn't, so I called again and they said one more week delay will be there still no response so again I called and they are talking me out with some foolish excuses and further delaying the service it's been nearly a month .and one guy called yesterday saying he will come for tech visit but he didn't come. I had sent several mails to the company regarding this on the 2nd week itself but still they are delaying it what can I do to sue them

first we need to send a legal notice to the Jeeves and also to the Flipkart then we can file a complaint before the consumer forum.
