For this you can file a complaint in your nearest police station disclosing the whole facts beginning from the day first till today. Don't forget to mention the contact no. and address you have with you. Moreover enclose all the details of your order and payment deposited in their account in that complaint. And in case police won't do anything then the only option left is to file a complaint in court.

Dear
First of all your have to lodge a complaint with OLX, giving reference number and payment made and ask his address, e-mail etc. If all these are provided by the OLX, then make a complaint with Consumer Forum where you reside, as the transaction and cause of action arise there. If you could not get all these, make an FIR against the seller as well as OLX.
