Sale of Tampered KM reading of used car by a Company

Recently purchased used car from mahindra first choice on km reading of 64000 km but the car has run more than 1.15 lac km as per authorised service center and causing problems. Already spent Rs 40000 in repairs. How can i file a consumer court compalint against them ?
Dear Client.. You can file a complaint against the fraud played with you by the company in consumer forum and also a criminal complaint for cheating under section 420 IPC in magistrate court.
