Return of money from company for sending poor quality products

sir I joined MLM company (safe shop ) and Transfered money 18500 but I got very poor quality products I sended back its product by same courier and sended two male but company is not giving any satisfactory answer
You should file a case in consumer court. Beacause in the law there is a proviaon that if a company send poor quality product to the costomer then the cuatomer should file a case in the court to claim benifit.
