Remedy as builder not giving occupancy & completion certificate

Have bought a flat. Sale deed says covered car parking space for 2 cars. 10 occupants 20 cars. However the parking space available is for 10 cars only. He is selling open space of drive in and drive out for additional 10 cars. Also he has still not given Possession letter, Occupancy certificate and Completion certificate. What can one do. Kindly advise.

SirAll flat holders told to builder for Possession letter, Occupancy certificate and Completion certificate. If builder not co-operate so you all send legal notice for Possession letter, Occupancy certificate and Completion certificate.

Where are you staying ..u can go to rera n lodge d complain afterwards they take a action or u can file criminal case as well because of d builder cheat you ..so u definitely give d relief. Thanks
