Remedies for wrong health advice by a certified practitioner

I went to a website for finding help regarding how to increase my height and then I met some dietician, she promised if I follow her diet my height will increase and when I pay her after 15 days she said that it is impossible I wasted 3000 rupees on her and my height is not increasing I want my refund as she did not give what I want or I want to cancel her licence can I do that what is my next step?????

Your best bet would be to collate data on her and write a complaint to the Medical Council of India and ask for revocation of her license. You could also approach a district consumer forum but that is going to take a lot of time, money and effort for you.

You can right a complaint to Advertising Standard Council of India. In addition you can move appropriate authority under Drugs and Magical remedies(objectionable advertisement) Act who must be a person of Drugs Control Department which provides for punishment of imprisonment also. As regards cancellation of license if she is a registered medical practitioner then you got to move Indian Medical Association, Medical Council or whichever body governs her profession. As regards claiming of amount then you got to move court by way of a civil suit for damages.
