Relicance JIO - Deficiency of services (No internet) how to proceed

01-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
This is to inform that I had taken a new Reliance JIO connection some 2 months back. I had also opted for aplan which gives me free call and 1 GB of high speed data per day per day for 84 days. But from day one there is no internet. I had contacted JIO care and the appellate authority multiple times and they are saying that they are planning for new tower and after that issue is resolved. I then asked for a refund or extension of the service dates as their services are not ready. Unfortunately there is no response from the appellate authority. They are dragging the matter and today said like once recharged, amount can not be refunded. I believe there is a deficiency of service in their part and they should compensate me. Please advise.

You can send a lawyer notice to the concerned jio office from where you bought this modem.you can wait for 15 days of period for the compliance. If there is no response you can file a case before the consumer forum for the deficiency of service.

Absolutely you are right. From your query it is made to understand that their service is lacking some technical issues with the tower. So if they are not resolve the issue pl go to consumer court for refund and compensation.
