Related to take refund from couching centr

I joined couching centr in 10th of june 2018 and they didn't complete the syllabus and shut down there couching centr. And i want my money back for not completed the syllabus, as well as not provided study materials, even they don't have any faculty in the couching centr they were teaching by own and took help of there wife, with the motive not to give salry to the third person for there teach.
send them the legal notice and they will return the due amount . if not then also its actionable and depending you can proceed against them with civil wjd and criminal matter both. advisable to send legal notice first
