Hi,
If I want to put up a water meter to my apartment inlets and pay for it while the apartment body is not willing to go that route. Is it possible to dispute this in court. People have large families and end up wasting a lot of water and the burden comes on those who consume extremely less , hence the question
the apartment Association has to take any decision for the Welfare of the apartment, probably the issue can be discussed in association meeting and if the proper steps are not taken by the association, it can be challenged in the court of law please call me for more details
