Regarding to receiving nonrefundable amount from coaching centre.

Sir I joined coaching centre in may 8th 2019, but after attending 8 day classes, I realized that coaching is not necessary for me, and actually i am a son of farmer,he is unable to give monthly PG Rent also, after experiencing these things,I asked the institution to refund my money but they argued that you have signed, u Don't get money, sir what can I do am helpless now,my father is suffering a lot of tension because of me,he is unable to give the money, please help me to get back my money from coaching centre,I want to go home by taking money from coaching centre.
As much as I sympathize with your condition and realise the misery being faced by you, as a Counsel it is my duty to inform you that you don't have a legal right over the recovery of such an amount paid towards fees for academic coaching. Once you have signed an agreement with the center, it becomes a concluded contract. However, the agreement needs to be examined before giving any conclusive opinion. Also, a persuasive letter may be written to the management requesting a refund on compassionate grounds.
Further and better particulars needed for an effective conclusive opinion.
