Regarding the product service of philips

I purchased the product of Philips ,a trimmer of model no QT 3310/15 on 15/12/2017. I got the gurantee on it for two years.After one year its not working properly at all. I contacted the service centre of philips,they gave me the nearby service centre i went there they registered my case. Its 28 days from then that i had not got any feedback of my product condition when i call they say after some day they will give.. they are not taking my call also... i am in deep trouble... please suggest me the way...

Dear Client,
You can serve them a legal notice, stating therein the specific issue faced, if they do not revert the same within the time specified then in such circumstances you can register your case before the Consumer Forum. If you need any other legal assistance in the matter feel free to contact.
