Regarding the credit card payment

Sir I m in trouble i have a credit card debt which i can not pay as I am unemployed and have no income source.please help me to get rid of it please.
actually you can't get rid of your legal liability and if anyone assured you about that then he cheats you. the benefit you can get is you can get some relaxation in the modes and terms of repayment of loan through court by showing inability to pay as per terms of loan agreement.
