Regarding OLA's driver misbehaviour and pending bill payment

I took a OLA outstation ride in December and driver demanded additional money after ride. On denial of the same, he made lewd comments about my family, tried to beat me up on the road, created nuisance in my society, and used abusive language. I had paid INR 2594 of the same ride, but INR 500 is due as I had postpaid credit from OLA.
On grounds of defamation, harassment & physical violence I haven't paid that yet. But I am getting calls and messages from OLA for legal action against me. However I think I should take legal action against them for being abused physically & mentally in front of my society by their driver. Now, I am being harassed by their calls and messages
This is clearly deficiency in service, as you can take action against them in consumer court. You can also take criminal action against the driver and OLA Cabs for passing lewd comments under relevant sections of IPC. This in turn would make OLA pay you compensation to settle the matter.

Firstly registered a complaint against the driver of the ride regarding the said incident with OLA and ask them to take appropriate action against the driver as per the policy. In case, the company refused to do so then you have other remedies as well you can avail them during the due course.
You are also bound to pay the amount as decided on the date of ride.
