Regarding interest rate issue.fraud with me regarding interest rate

Respected sir,i have taken rs.210000 personal loan from fullerton india in the year july 2017.after final discussion they said me your interest rate is 15.5% annually and 36 emi amount of 8342.when i signed agreement there are so many pages,i tell i want to read first they said me only one page is important for you interested rate and emi chart.there was 15.5 % interest rate.then i signed agreement.After fifteen month i send online request to know my loan account statement then i know there is totally froud with me interest rate is 36% total emi 49. Then i called to customer care, also send mail,but there is no response.then i stopped three emi there is no response.sir please help me.what can i do please guide me i shall be highly thankful to you for the act of this kindness.
You should file consumer complaint regarding the same... it clearly unfair trade practice. If you have copy of said application form then good otherwise ask them to provide it. they have to provide it... you have to prove only one thing regarding EMI and interest... It may be in any email or message received from company.

You can file a consumer complaint in consumer court. Yes they are deficient in service but you have to prove your case in consumer court. Generally you get an order in few months. Contact me fir further guidance.
