Regarding handling the deficiency in banking services
20-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hello Sir/Mam
Wanted to know the bank I have account with has been providing poor banking service for a product of theirs which even after repeatedly informing same the issue hasn't been fixed, wanted to know if I want to send notice any minimum days to be given to the respective bank for replying as I was thinking to send a notice with 3 days to act into so that I can proceed with next step with taking matter to consumer court
For these type of matters the law does not mandate any fixed/minimum number of days as such. However, as a general practice, a notice of seven or fifteen days is provided to the other side to remedy the situation or fix the issue.
