Regarding Education Of My Daughter

Hi im bhuvana my daughter is 4 years old now and i joined her for nursery when she was 3.5 years old now, i wanted to put my child in prep 1 ie., lkg but she was 20 days younger at the time of admission so they refused to addmit her for prep 1 now recently education board has decided that childen who is 5 years 5 months can get admitted in 1st std according to my daughters age she ll be 6.5 when she will be in 1st std where she is losing 1 year so i went to her principal about my query abt this issues and requested him to conceder and give her a push to prep 2 ie., ukg and they arent giving me any reply and giving me alsorts off explanation that i dont agree because see my daughter is good in studies according to her teacher but now they are like finding faults in her just to put down my request. My daughter is studying with kids who are 2.8 years old she is not getting proper brain activities she should get for her age so what can i do to make the school accept my request please help.

It is the matter of right not a consumer case. Here you can approch the Hon’ble high court by seeking direction to the concerned school by stating all the above aspects.
As you infomred you kid is with 2.8 years old, she is not getting proper brain activities. Yes it is true.
Please contact any counsel known to you and issue a notice to the school and request them to change the section on the basis of age. If not, please proceed by writ since the facts of the case is voilation of natural justice and the writ jurisdiction will attract.
