Refund request for education course

I purchased a expensive education course in share trading costing 5 n half lakhs. It is an online course with lifetime classes as part of the package. After paying 4 lalhs I wrote to them that I cannot afford to pay remaining amount and to give me the lessor priced course of 4 lakhs as I had already paid this amount . They never replied in writing to my letter and later deactivated my profile. Then I sent an email which was replied by a junior staff that no refund will be given. I want to know whether I can get any relief by legal means like consumer court. Due to limits of space here, the rest of case details will be shared by me later.

Refund can only be given if its mention in the terms and conditions as part of the contract signed by both parties for online trading .
