Is there any option to sue coaching institute for not refunding the course fee?
Query perused. You should engage a lawyer for issuance of legal notice to the concerned Directors of the institute and the branch head seeking refund within 15days failing which you can file a complaint before the concerned condumer court

ya there is option to sue the coaching institution for not refunding the course fee, but before this if there were any documents signed by you so kindly check said documents there is any cause where against you or against the coaching institute if there is any cause it will easy for sue otherwise we have to file a civil or criminal case against coaching institute or you can file against then a complaint in police station as well as
