Refund not given by online shopping website on the committed day

I have placed a order on 2nd June 2018 for a Lenovo laptop costing 63,900 with order number #406-2364016-5433101. The order was cancelled by Amazon stating "cancelled due to a pricing issue", where I have made the complete payment which was reflecting on the Mobile App of Amazon. I have contacted Amazon on call after receiving the email. Where the associate informed that I have to place a fresh order and the amount I paid will be refunded by Monday(4th aJun'18). I have contacted Amazon on 4th June and they first informed it will take 5 working days for refund and later informed that the refund is already made and I have to check with the Bank. I asked for a NEFT reference number for informing the bank and they don't have any. I informed them that as per conversation it was informed that the amount will be refunded on Monday I ordered fresh order with full payment of RS.63,900 on 3rd June 2018. But I am not getting proper response or support from Amazon. What has to be done?

Better you issue a legal notice stating of the Deficiency of Service and also sought for recovery of the amount paid by you. Here you can also claim the interest and loss of damages and mental agony.
As you informed that now they are delaying to make the payment. It also amount Deficiency of service. Please issue notice to the Amezan and also to a Manufacturer( Lenovo). Please keep each and every correspondence with you till the amount recovered.
