Recruitment agency cheated regarding employement opportunity

Naukriavailable at Delhi registered office, Collected fees Rs. 2700/- in Feb-2019 towards employment opportunity and later not responding to my mails and phone calls. Though i sent many mails, he never responded and no cash refunded. Could you please do the needful.
before paying the amount to naukriavailable have u gone through the website address whether the amout is refundae or not. secondly issue a notice to the particular instition or person and proceed to file a cheating case .
