Recieved a product with different specification than mentioned

Received a product with different specification, brought it to their notice, ever since my number has been blocked, no response on email, sent a notice but came back as the address was incorrect, how can i approach bank to get funds for that particular transaction?
You will have to approach the consumer forums created under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for refund. Bank is only a merchant and has no liability in this regard. A complaint can be filed against the online shopping forum for deficiency in supply of goos/services. The complaint, if filed before the District Forum, will take at least about 1 year to be disposed of. Appeal against any order passed by the District Forum is appealable before the State Forum and any order passed by the State Forum is appealable before the National Consumer District Redressal Forum.

Kindly provide the name of the company and their address. The same needs to be checked and verified. On inquiring their correct address, a new notice can be sent. You can also check the same on MCA website.
