Received faulty product from PayTm mall, what to do

I get a damaged tv from paytm mall which was under 7 days replacement policy if damaged product received. I raised complaint first day I received product but paytm giving no responce

For this you can file a complaint either in district consumer forum or in state consumer forum against paytm as well as against manufacturer of TV for their deficient services and unfair trade practices.

You can give a intimation to the company about their product and ask from them replacement of the product. If even then they does not give any attention then you can approach to consumer court for the damages and compensation for the harassment due to faulty products

First you have to give legal notice to paytm regarding the damage product. If the company not give reply then you can filed a complaint in consumer fourm regarding the damaged TV which is purchase by you.
