Purchased a scooty with faulty parts needs to replace that scooty

i sir i am reside in Mumbai on 14/03/2017 i have purchased tvs Jupiter from day 1 i am facing issue with this scooty like low mileage and fuel indicator is faulty service center already changed my meter and fuel gauge but problem is still on its been 8 month and service center keeps telling me that original parts are not available from tvs and they keep delaying me so i wanted to ask you is am legally eligible to replace my scooty with new from delar???
Yes you are legally eligible for replacement of scooty We can file a case in consumer court for the same as the scooty which you have purchased has default from the date of purchase. we can make party TVS as well as the dealer in the complaint and even get compensation for metal agony and legal expenses

hello dear Client You can go for new Scooty, by telling yor dealer to replace the old one to provide you NEW Scooty as consumer service provider. and they have to provide you the new Scooty as per your need. If they do not co-opertate then go by Legal Way putting case on your dealer.
