i purchased a netsetter form Idea and finds it less receptive in internet and thoroughly a waste of time adn money
You can proceed with a Legal Notice demanding refund of amount paid and compensation. In case the company fails to take remeial steps within a month from delivery of Legal Notice, you can file a consumer complaint in the Consumer Redressal District Forum.
