Is promotion of sales by prize competition or lucky draw legal in India. We are new startup entrepreneur from Kerala. We just launched grocery app. To increase sales, we are planning to do prize competition or lucky draw for our customers. That is when a customer buy a product he is part of lucky draw competition and customer can get votes by installing app in others phones. And the final winner is selected by customer who bought a product and with maximum number of votes. It is to be done in weekly . Is it legal? Please help us sir
