Product under warranty company denying service

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy alpha from company authorised showroom on 27/05/2015 which is still under warranty according to the bill.After 10 days of purchase, it started to hang and battery drained at a fast speed and show several problematic errors. I then visited the service centre and it was factory reset. after Nov. service centre staff claimed that the warranty is expired according to their system info. I have visited several service centres but all said the same. I havethe printout of a pic. of their system depicting the date of purchase 10/11/2014.the problm is still unsolved.

You can file a consumer complaint in your district consumer forum against the mobile company for deficiency in service provided by the authorized service centre of the mobile company.
