I WANT TO FILE CASE IN LOK ADALAT FOR MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT CAN YOU PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FILE CASE IN PERMANENT LOK ADALAT ? IN WHICH SECTION OF PERMANENET LOK ADALAT I CAN FILE CASE IN PERMANENT LOK ADALAT ?
There no need to specify section in you plaint or application before permanent lok adalat, you should mention your problem for which you have file you case in you plaint and other relevant details for your case .
