Procedure to file against ola company

I have booked a Auto in ola and i have found that the auto came with the other number plate which was not shown as per the ola app how can i claim a FIR against them.
Initially you have to issue a notice to OLA for sending auto with other number and subsequently you can file a consumer complaint for defeciency of service against the OLA before the district consumer forum
