I want to know these things
1.what is cost of filing case in consumer forum.I have heard its free but there must be some cost of paperwork?
2.will I be provided a lawyer free of cost by state government?
3.What is the time frame of filing a case after being cheated?
4.How long it takes to solve a case in consumer forum?
5.What is correct procedure of filing a case in consumer forum?

1. Im extremely sorry to burst your bubble of information,nothing is free is this world including filing a consumer case.
2. Why would the state provide you a lawyer if you are a consumer ?
3. Time is stipulated and my advice is to take action immediately.
4 &5. Consult an advocate who is made aware of the facts of your case.

There is no "cost" of filing in consumer court as you think.All you required is to attach 100 rs postal stamp or court fees through draft with your complaint application which you are filing in consumer forum.State govt. provide lawyer with free cost !! from where you heard this ?? STATE GOVT. IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN CONSUMER RELATED DISPUTES.
You can file a pauper suit but in consumer forum unlikely civil court there is no such provision.Well there is a 2 year limitation for filing a complaint application after cause of action arise . In your case... cause of action ??? that depend on each case.
cORRECT PROCEDURE --- hire a lawyer and give his proper fees or you can also personally appear if you are competent enough.
