Procedure if amazon in not delivering the product

I ordered a Mobile on Amazon and paid online. After some days it was showing delivered o their app but it was not actually delivered. Talked to customer care. They said it is some tech. Error and will be delivered by next day but still undelivered I again called then also same response. Then after 2-3 days I again called then they are like something seems fishy we are doing investigation and asked for 1 week. After that they blocked me from calling. I tried to reach them via email again same response that they are setting up an investigation and will respond after 3 days but have not responded in any form. Please advise me what to do. I have a job and stay in outskirts of city so suggest something I can do online and get the issue resolved and teach them a lesson as well.

Complaint on the online Consumer complaint portal of ministry of consumer affairs. They work as mediators in resolving consumer complaint.

In the mean time ask your banker to stop payment and ask your Banker for refund of money paid to Amazon.

I have represented a client in a similar matter. It is not the first tike they have done it. You should immediately take an action againat the company.

I dont think any online action will be effective against them. You must send a legal notice to them through an advocate. In this way they will be compelled to take an action. More often than not noticee of a legal notice will try to clear the matter so as to save his reputation.

Later on you can file a consumer complaint against Amazon if they dont take an action. And consumer complaints are very effective against euch companies

Hi, you are suggested to send a legal notice to AMAZON for sending the mobile else returning your money along with interest and mental agony suffered by you withing 15 days. If they fail to do so, you can file consumer as well as criminal complaints against the company.

Sir,
Try raising a complaint with the highest authorities in amazon in US. Next step will be to send them a legal notice. Next would be to consumer forum. This is what you can do. If you succeed in first step good enough because it will help solve your hassle continue to pressure them with mails and calls both India and US branch. CC everyone. and keep all proof with you.
